Platform Role: Task Highway acts as an intermediary marketplace and facilitator. We connect service users (clients) with independent service providers, and in some cases, we manage and assign jobs directly using our vetted network.

User Accounts: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Service Agreements: When a job is booked, a service contract is formed between the client and the assigned provider (or Task Highway, where we directly oversee fulfillment). Both parties agree to conduct themselves professionally and fulfill their obligations timely.

Limitation of Liability: Task Highway is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services performed by third-party providers, except where explicitly stated under our direct service guarantees.
